Work Highlights
United Nations House Scotland (UNHS)
Established and lead the design of the UNHS Advocate Programme, which is a platform that collaborates the efforts of civil society (organizations, businesses, and individuals of society) to contribute to the UN goals in an engaging format. Multiple stakeholders and partnerships are engaged in this process.

Parliamentary One-Pager (POP) - UNHS
Designed the POP, which is a bridge that connects the grassroots voice of experts on a topic that is in debate at parliament, which is collated into a one-pager that is sent to Members of Scottish Parliament. It is designed in an invitational way to be read.

-Designed the Intern and Professional Mentorship Program to meet the needs of the people and the organization.

-Facilitated the writing of the mission, vision and value statements through the incorporation of multiple stakeholders.

-Developed the overall strategic plan which incorporated multiple levels.
Additional Previous Work Highlights
-Designed a strategic international framework for an international charity for its fundraising countries so they can develop independently and not be held back by headquarters workload capabilities. Therefore, revenue growth continued to develop and therein charitable activities did as well.

-Built strategic alliances with community organizations to foster different projects to further development.

-Created a variety of model templates that other countries use as prototypes, which they then can customize.
-Responsible for the development of fundraising countries. Managed and designed strategies for 24 countries in different capacities based on their current stage of development, which was gathered through the analysis of available data.

-Developed a strategy for investing in fundraising countries.
